Cancellations by Customers
Fishing Charters
- 48+ Hours Before Scheduled Departure:
- Full refund of the deposit.
- 24-48 Hours Before Scheduled Departure:
- 50% refund of the deposit.
- Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Departure:
- No refund, unless cancellation is due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances approved by us.
Merchandise or Products
- Orders for physical products can be canceled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has shipped.
- Digital product cancellations are permitted only if the product has not yet been delivered.
Cancellations by All Around Adventure
- If we must cancel a fishing charter due to weather, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control, you will be offered the following options:
- Reschedule: A new date for your charter at no additional cost.
- Full Refund: Return of your deposit or full payment.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are processed for cancellations, damaged or defective products, and errors made by us during the order process.
- Refunds will not be issued for “no-shows” or failure to meet at the designated departure location on time.
Refund Timeframes
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Additional time may be required depending on your financial institution.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Fishing Charters
- Customers may request to reschedule their charter at no additional cost if the request is made 48+ hours before the scheduled departure.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours of departure are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted unless due to extreme weather or emergencies approved by us.
