1. Delivery of Services

Charter Services

  • All fishing charters are delivered in-person on the scheduled date and time specified during booking.
  • Departure takes place from City Marina at Garrison Bight, located at 1801 N Roosevelt Blvd, Key West, FL 33040.
  • Customers are responsible for arriving at the marina at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Digital Bookings and Confirmation

  • After completing your booking, a confirmation email with your trip details will be sent to the email address provided.
  • If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at allaroundkeywest@gmail.com.

2. Physical Products

Shipping

  • Merchandise: Physical items (e.g., apparel, accessories) are shipped via standard carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. International shipping times vary by location.

Shipping Costs
