1. Booking and Payments
How do I book a fishing charter?
You can book a charter online through our payment portal or by contacting us directly at allaroundkeywest@gmail.com or (571)-314-7967.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

- Cash
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the charter.
Can I reschedule my trip?
Yes, you can reschedule your trip at no additional cost if the request is made at least 48 hours before departure. Rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours may incur a fee. Refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.
2. Trip Details and Logistics
Where do your charters depart from?
All charters depart from City Marina at Garrison Bight, located at 1801 N Roosevelt Blvd, Key West, FL 33040.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth start to your trip.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:
Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat
Comfortable, non-slip footwear
Snacks and beverages (alcohol permitted in moderation for passengers over 21 years old)
A camera to capture memories
Personal medications, if needed
Are children allowed?
Yes, our trips are family-friendly and suitable for children. Life jackets are required for children under 12 years old, and we provide appropriately sized jackets onboard.

Is fishing gear provided?
Yes, we provide all necessary fishing gear, including rods, reels, bait, and tackle. You are welcome to bring your own equipment if preferred.
Do you provide food and drinks?
Complimentary water, soda, and light snacks are provided. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
Is there a restroom onboard?
Restroom availability depends on the vessel. Please confirm with us prior to booking if this is a concern.
4. Safety and Policies
What safety measures are in place?
Safety is our top priority. Our vessels are equipped with:
Life jackets for all passengers
Emergency communication devices (e.g., VHF radios)
First aid kits
Fire extinguishers
What happens if the weather is bad?
The captain will make decisions regarding weather conditions. Trips may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Can we bring alcohol?
Yes, alcohol is permitted in moderation for passengers aged 21 and older. Excessive consumption is discouraged for safety reasons.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.

Do you offer private charters?
Yes, all of our charters are private, accommodating up to 6 passengers for a personalized experience.
Can we customize our itinerary?
Absolutely! Let us know your preferences, and we will tailor the trip to meet your needs, including specific fishing spots, sightseeing, or additional activities like snorkeling.
Do you provide snorkeling gear?
Snorkeling gear can be provided upon request. Please inform us at the time of booking if you would like to include snorkeling in your trip.
